Wij zijn niet te laat, wij zijn te vroeg met ons commentaar. Wij moeten namelijk nog vertrekken om vanaf eind oktober 4 weken te verblijven. Ons eerste commentaar gaat derhalve over de service en dienstverlening die wij nu al hebben mogen ondervinden. Dat is in ��n woord te vangen: EXCELLENT!! De vragen die wij hebben, ze worden per omgaande beantwoord. De flexibiliteit rond onze reservering, wij zijn er stil van. Nu nog een paar nachtjes slapen en dan ons commentaar vanaf het eiland zelf. Maar voor nu: Philip en Ineke alvast heel veel dank voor jullie service, dat is klantvriendelijkheid pur sang.

Ik ben een beetje laat, maar ik vergeet het niet.. Dank u voor de appartement laatst wikent(mvr felicia kamer 7). Het was gezellig en rustige sfeer�..en heeeeellll leuk. Als ik voor ieder geval terug moet komen voor een vakantie dan zal ik zeker terug komen.. Dank U voor de service en alles��. Alleen 1 nadeel het was teeeeeeeeeeeeee ver. If you are really looking for a nice quiet place, away from flashy environment...I mean really TO RECHARGE then this Seabreeze appartment is the perfect place to stay! It is neat and clean...cozy...all the comfort you need is also here, tv, dvd, without extra charge and access to internet also free (wi-fi access) No noise in the evening. But if you are looking for a little bit nightlife ,then just drive to the city. The seabreeze is located almost in the middle of the island, so you can go left or right!!! I normally don't comeback at the same place, but here, there's a big chance I comeback but then I bring my kidos with me. I recomend this to any friends and families of us. Philip the host and owner of the apartment is always busy and friendly, if you need anything just ask him, he would gladly help you or give you some tips and infos that you need. He is also my weatherman!!! ;-D p.s. you dont need to bring books with you, they have hundreds to choose from, from english or dutch language!!! you wont regret checking here in, I promise you!!!

Great place to stay! My wife and I highly recommend it, it's nice and the beach that is nearby is totally awesome, as well as the whole island! We truly loved Aruba! Hallo Philip en Ineke! Bedankt voor de oplettendheid! We hadden die ochtend verder geen mail meer gecontroleerd (dit mail adres kon ik sowieso niet controleren), maar schoot het me zelf in gedachten dat ik m'n jack nog had laten hangen. Na nog wat gedoe met terug brengen van de huurauto (ondanks telefonische afspraak was er niemand aanwezig bij 't verhuurbedrijf) verder een goede vlucht gehad. De vlucht naar Cura�ao vertrok zelfs een half uur eerder en de vlucht naar Amsterdam arriveerde zelfs ruim een uur eerder (terwijl we gewoon volgens schema vanaf Cura�ao waren vertrokken). Bij thuiskomst hebben we allebei een enorme jet-lag gehad! Nu gaat het al weer een stuk beter. Tijdens onze vakantie zijn we ook bij de high-rise hotels wezen kijken en we zijn beide blij dat we voor jullie appartementen hebben gekozen! Wat een over-de-top commerci�el en toeristische bedoening daar zeg! Dat was echt totaal niets voor ons geweest. Nee, gelukkig hebben we bij jullie een appartementje (studio) gehad, waar we het enorm naar ons zin hebben gehad!! Heel erg bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid en tot ziens!! Marco en Nelson.

The Sea Breeze Apts in my opinoin are the best of the best. Built on the Hacienda style with three one bedroom apts and 7 efficiency units you have all the comforts of home. The prices are great and the over all cleanliness is outstanding. You are almost in the middle of Aruba with great access to Baby Beach and Oranjestaad. I've stayed with Philip and Ineke many times are they are the best of the best; friendly, accommodating, and concerned that you are comfortable. I definitely will be back!

I am sorry that it take me this long to touch base with you as to let you know that both me and my wife where very happy staying at your apartment and was sorry to say our 7 days were too short, and the reason for that I had was to be admitted for back surgery in the hospital on the June 23 rd and I had was to go in and register the day before which was June 22 end so I thank God that everything went well, and we hope by God grace that our next visit will be much longer, also it is our pleasure to highly recommend anyone that we know that would like to come down to our one happy inland Aruba, they would be more and very happy and satisfied when saying at Philip apartments in poschiquito, so again I thank you very much for your grate service and kindness' on your behalf, for everything and the way we were treated. thank once again, Best regards, Sincerely

Beste Philip, Wij kijken met veel plezier terug op ons verblijf op Sea-Breeze (6 mei t/m 27 mei 2010). De Studio was netjes en ruim 3x per week wordt er schoongemaakt en krijg je schone handdoeken en worden de bedden 1x per week verschoond. De ligging van het complex is gunstig, dichtbij strand, vliegveld, Oranjestad en San Nicolaas. Een auto huren is aan te bevelen om het eiland te verkennen. Bij problemen of vragen kan je altijd bij Philip aankloppen. Doordat het complex klein is krijg je makkelijk contact met de andere gasten. Wij hebben genoten van onze vakantie en Sea Breeze Apartments is zeker aan te raden. Marijke en Vincent

Dear Philip and Ineke, It must now be the third time we have come to stay in Seabreeze. A clear indication that we are happy guest! The relaxed atmosphere and your warm, friendly way with guests always makes our stay areal "home away from home". The Caibbean Sea practically at our doorstep, fabulous Mangel Halto beach a leasurely stroll along the coast, the Marina Pirata restaurant very near (we love dining on the deck over the water, watching the fish) and the little supermarket around the corner providing all you need for breakfast, all make life easy and enjoyable. this time we stayed in one of the one bedroom studios with kitchinette, wich had all the basics we needed. We like getting fresh towels and sheets twice a week and are always interested to see what books previous guests left behind. Using the barbeque with family and friends was great. Hello Philip and Ineke, What a fantastic and magical place you have created in the Eastern town of Pos Chiquito. Perfect location, close to the great Mangel Alto Beach and perfect for exploring the beautiful island of Aruba by car. Seabreeze has anything you may need in a modest accomodation, including books in dutch and english, a pool and a great courtyard to relax in the sun or in the shade. We will definitely return and recommend to all who want to hear!! Thanks Philip for such a great place, it makes Aruba even more special!! Fantastische plek, ideaal om het Oosten van Aruba in een paar dagen met de auto te verkennen, dichtbij Mangel Alto strand, ver weg van de drukte van de high rise hotels. We recently returned home after a wonderful 9 day stay at Seabreeze. Our studio was well supplied, with nice outdoor furniture just outside. The location was great. We enjoyed snorkeling at Mangel Halto several times and less than 1/2 block away from Seabreeze was a palapa with a couple of chairs where we could sit and read right at the beautiful water's edge. Seabreeze apartments are very clean, the AC very quiet, and Philip was helpful in every way. He picked us up from the airport and we got our rental car the next day. We also enjoyed all his effort to make the grounds so interesting, filled with plants, color and numerous places to relax. Our wireless internet worked great if we went closer to the office, and we had an amazing day of Carnival in St. Nicholas. Seabreeze is a great location, and a great value on a wonderful island full of friendly people. By the way, the nearest restaurant, The Pirata Marina, was probably our favorite! Call (or walk up) for reservations to be right on the water!

We had a great time at a great location. The accomodation and the appartemant were great and the island was fantastic. Everything was in order, so we could relax at our stay, enjoy the surroundings, and view the Island with Seabreeze as homebase. We hope to come back and stay to Aruba this summer!

A pleasant surprise. Great location. Away from the craziness of O'stad, but close enough to anywhere. The studios are great. Just what we needed. A place to stay, quiet, very friendly, great price. German version: Wir waren vom 13.01.-18.01.2010 in der Anlage und k�nnen nur Positives berichten. Nette kleine Appartment-Anlage-->sauber, ausreichend gro�es Appartment, Kitchenette mit Kochzeug. Der Supermarkt um die Ecke hat das Wichtigste. Alternativ gibt es zwei Stra�en weiter auch noch einen Supermarkt mit mehr Auswahl. Auto nicht notwendig. Bus und Minibus an der Hauptstr (3min entfernt). Somit kann fast alles Wichtige erkundet werden. Danke an Phil f�r all die hilfreichen Tipps und seine Freundlichkeit (Pick-Up Service Airport usw) English version: We had been there for 5 days from 13.01.-18.01.2010. Cute appartment-area. Nice clean room with small kitchen and cooking stuff inside. There is a supermarket around the corner where you can buy food, drinks and so on. Alternative is one 2 streets away with a bigger choice of all. A car is not necessary because a-3-min-walk you will find the ARUBUS or minibusses they will take you to the most important places on the island. Special thanks to Phil for his helpfully tips and his kindliness (Airport transfer:-)) Phil, maybe we come back next year.... __________

Unsere Familie hat ganzen Monat (November) in Sea-Breeze verbracht. Es war einfah SUPER !!!! Wenn Jemand Erholung und ruhe sucht - das ist PERFEKTE Platz!! Phillipe und Ineke sind immer hilfsbereit und voll nett :-) Die Apartments sind gut ausgestattet und immer sauber gehalten. A propo warmes Wasser - ehrlich - mit �ber 35'C drau�en - brauch Mann nicht so "unbedingt" Hei�e Dusche zu machen :-) Wir haben es ganzes Monat geschafft - also ist nicht so schlimm! Auch beim Supermarkt daneben kann Mann alles was erforderlich zu kaufen und ist auch ganz g�nstig. Es war ehrlich sehr sch�nes Urlaub � und w�rden wir gerne da zur�ckkommen. We enjoyed our week stay at Seabreeze Apts, it is close to everything you will need and away from the busy tourist area in a quiet section of Aruba. The apartment was comfortable and had everything needed to kick back and enjoy our own cooked meals as we like them. The service and people at the Seabreeeze were outstanding in the old style Aruba way and the rates were very affordable, much less than the big hotels rates there. We had a refrigerator, gas grill, outside charcoal grill, swimming pool and beautiful patio area to lounge in. We plan to stay at the Seabreeze on any future trips to the Island. If you plan on visiting Aruba stay at the Seabreeze, you wont be sorry and you will save a lot of money on your place to stay while there.

We hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad bij jullie. We waren veel op pad, maar bij jullie konden we lekker rustig even bijkomen, voordat we weer op weg gingen naar onze familie. We hebben te weinig rust gehad om echt te genieten van alles in de buurt. Lekker snorkelen bij Mangel Halto , maar jullie eigen strandje ook super. Nee het was erg leuk en als we weer komen zullen we zeker de BQ gaan gebruiken !!!!

Voor alle Surinamers die natuurliefhebbers zijn zou ik dit apartementencomplex aanraden. Het is heel appart, kunstzinnig, cosy, lekker intiem voor z'n tweetjes als ook lekker intiem voor het gezin. Dichtbij het strand. Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf mogen ervaren en gaan zeker terug.

We have booked a holiday here at Seabreeze for a 17-day stay and really enjoyed it! This place has everything we think you need to have a good time on Aruba: it's close to the sea, it's cosy and your room is kept clean every other day. Seabreeze is placed in a nice and quiet area. The supermarket is just around the corner. And there is even a -small- swimmingpool, ideal if you have small kids, or for your own cooling-down. Philip and Ineke will help you if you have questions, they respond quickly to emails; try it out!

Hallo Philip, nun ja, jetzt sind wir wieder in Deutschland und wir denken t�glich an unsere ch�nen Urlaub auf Aruba zur�ck. Wir waren 3 Wochen dort und unsere Wahl viel auf das SeeBreeze. Eine gute Entscheidung. F�r g�nstiges Geld, eine wundersch�ne, saubere, Anlage zu haben. Das war schon ein Gl�cksgriff. Einen Mietwagen hatten wir auch, schlie�lich wollten wir ja auch die Insel kennenlernen. W�rde ich auch jeden Urlauber empfehlen, denn sonst kann der Urlaub doch auch recht eint�ning werden. Getaucht haben wir auch. Philip war ein super Gastgeber und hat uns bei allen Angelegenheiten gerne weitergeholfen. Wir hatten eine wundersch�ne Zeit, und w�rden jeden empfehlen sich im SeeBreeze niederzulassen, die g�nstig Urlaub machen wollen, aber trotzdem auf nichts vezichten m�ssen. Ein sch�ner Urlaub.

Sea-Breeze has a score of a 9 out of 10. It has a wonderful enviroment that makes you feel at home. Also everyone in Pos Chiquito is very friendly. I am going to recommend to anyone who wants to stay at Sea-Breeze to rent a car, it is a MUST!! other than that sea-breeze apartment is recommend to anyone who is planning a trip to Aruba!!

Hartelijk dank voor de twee weken bij Philip en Tineke. De keyken van nummer 10 met behulp van mijn eigen hoge kruk is de volmaakte omgeving voor het afwerken van een wetetenschappelijk artikel. Ik voel mij hier thuis, want de Nederlandse taal prijkt op de muren en boekenplanken. De patio gecre�erd door Philip is liefelijk, geriefelijk, gezellig: een klein esthetisch meesterwerk! De omgeving (visrestaurant Marina Pirata, strand Mangel Halto, rustige weg naar Savaneta) is bekoorlijk en fiets-vriendelijk. Ik heb maar ��n wens: zo gauw mogelijk terug bij Philip en Tineke!

Great place: small, away from the crowds, and with a lovely little beach. It was the best snorkeling spot in all of the Dutch Antilles: the water is crystal clear and shallow, so you can see the beautiful reef 400m from the shore. We are so glad that we chose Seabreeze Apartments for our stay in Aruba. It felt like home from the moment we booked until we left. When we arrived in Aruba, Philip and Ineke provided everything that we needed. The apartment was great, comfortable and well equiped. The external areas are beautiful and the apartments are close to Mangel Halto, an amazing beach with cristalin water, great for snorkeling. They even helped us at the airport when we had trouble with our luggage. It was very kind of them to do that. We would like to thank Philip and Ineke for making our time in the island real worth and unforgettable. We recomend everyone to stay in Pos Chiquito and enjoy their time at Seebreaze Apartments and to explore the beauties of the island of Aruba! Thank you very much, we'll see you next time! Hallo Philip en Ineke, Nog even een berichtje van ons. We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in jullie knusse appartement. Omdat er die dag geen nieuwe gasten kwamen mochten we de laatste dag langer in het appartement blijven en konden we er nog volop van genieten. Super! Een aanrader als je niet van drukke overvolle hotels houdt. Wel is het handig als je een auto huurt, dan kun je het eiland heerlijk op eigen houtje verkennen. Kortom; geweldige vakantie gehad! ARUBA was super!! En dankzij ons verblijf in Seabreeze was ons verblijf helemaal compleet! Wij hebben genoten van ons luxe appartement en vooral de service van Phillip. Overdag lekker het eiland verkennen en 's avonds heerlijk in de lounge zitten onder het genot van een borrel. Seabreeze is voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! Groeten Rosanne en Elsi

hallo allen die dit lezen! Iedereen schrijft altijd achteraf zijn/haar ervaring...maar wij doen het nu een x vooraf. We logeren alweer 3 jaar achtereen bij Philippe & Ineke at Seabreeze, daarvoor zat er een "tijdje" tussen. Het is een superadres dus eigenlijk moeten we dat helemaal niet doorvertellen hah!! = wij komen hier heerlijk tot rust..genieten van de gemoedelijkheid, de ongedwongen sfeer, de gastvrijheid en het heerlijke weer. Over 1,5 week "mogen" we weer en we tellen de dagen af....wij hebben er zin in!!!!! Liefs Truus, indy en Esmee

Thanks so much for the great hospitality and friendly service and help you gave us. The seabreeze is a fantasic place to stay , we felt just like we were in our own home. We will be back next year. If anyone is looking for a great place to stay , away from the crazy hussle and hassle of highrise hotels, and want to experince the whole Island, and travel and expericence your vaction like the local people, then Sea Breeze is the place to stay. You are close to all kinds of beaches, and you can drive anywhere within no time. There are great restaurants within walking distance too. I recommend Sea Breeze to anyone that is adventurouse and likes to explore . The price is right, and the location is fantasic I could go on forever on how great the Seabreeze is but i think i have mad my point. Once again thanks for a great place to stay durning our stay on your Happy Island Cristine and Cathy and Kids

I LOVE ARUBA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a wonderful time I had here and what a great place to stay here at the Sea Breeze Apartments! The atmosphere is great, people are friendly, especially our host here, Phillip. What a down to earth "45 year old" he is *wink* :P We love you Phil and when we come back we will definately come stay here again, he definately knows all the great places on this island. Across the street, not even a minute walk has the most bluest, clearest water on the whole island, the whole neighbourhood is very friendly, it's just amazing staying here. We had our own kitchen in the room so we could cook every night but when your on vacation you definatly don't want to cook everyday since you got to enjoy the island food but it's great the have the opportunity to do either or. The Seabreeze is a very cozy, and inviting atmosphere to enjoy your stay in Aruba. The people are very friendly, the prices are great and it is an all around wonderful experience! The beach is footsteps away from the apartments and the locals are just as friendly as the staff at the Seabreeze. I would like to say thank you to Philipp for being an excellent host and i will be sure to return in the future to enjoy another exciting vacation. Thanks again.

When traveling abroad you have many options for accomodations.... some expensive, some not; some fancy, some not; some in the tourist area, some in the real neighborhoods. no matter what your preference, the Seabreeze apartments is the perfect choice. Talk about a good deal! And Philip is the man! You'll quickly be hooked and planning your return.EZ...

Fantastische plek voor een relaxed verblijf op het drukke Aruba.Hier lig je gewoon prive in die prachtig azuurblauwe baai, ongekende luxe. Ook top: de rijk gevulde boekenkast op de kamer. Aanrader!

Great place...a very nice quit hotel, would recommend it..there is great snorkling sit right outside the hotel...friendly staff, felt very welcome and at home...it really made us feel at home and have a great vacation. The rooms are good, and its nice to have breakfast out on the patio!! Thank you Phillipe and Eneke for a wonderful stay in Aruba, we will definitely be baak soon!!

Our room was very nice and we enjoyed to get a visit from the Sea Breeze cats who came to say hello everyday.The beaches in Aruba are the best.We hope to come back soon!

We stayed at the Sea Breeze for a week in January, 2007, and again for a couple of nights in March. We would highly recommend the Sea Breeze. We have been to Aruba 15 times in the past 10 years, and own a time share at the Dutch Village week 12. The Sea Breeze is a unique place and a great, quiet alternative to the hustle and bustle of the high rise district. "This ain't the Ritz", but the accomodations are spacious and very clean. Philip and Ineke are tremendous hosts, and are very helpful in making dinner reservations, and giving helpful suggestions about where to go and what to do. Because of its out of the way location, i'd recommend a car rental. (Philip can help you with this.) In terms of value, I think the Sea Breeze is the best value in Aruba. We intend to stay there again.

Our stay at Sea Breeze was the best part of our vacation. The site is clean and calm. The host are helpful and let you enjoy your time there (there were not intrusive). We enjoyed the use of the outdoor B.B.Q. with the other guests one night for dinner. We met wonderful people from different countries who were our neighbours during our stay. Aruba & Sea Breeze Apt are on our list of Would love to return to enjoy more of the same.

Last week, 17-24 March 2007, we had our vacation on Aruba. Via internet we found SeaBreeze Apartments. Always a bit of a gamble. You never know! Well, it was the best choice we've made since a long time. A great place to be. Not the hectic tourist world that you find near the hotel zone, but a quiet place in a quiet nabourhood, but with al the facilities that you need: the seashore at 50 m distance, where you can swim and snorkle, a bar and foodstore around the corner and a very nicely located restaurant on the shore at walking distance. And 20-30 minutes by car you can reach any other place on the island. It was convenient to have a rental car. The studio was a perfect fit: large enough with all convenience, including a fully equiped kitchen. It was only the first day that we missed a hot shower..... It was cleaned every other day. Also the garden and terrace is very well maintained and was very enjoyable with pleasant relax chairs and a small swimming pool to cool down when necessary. Philip, thanks again for collecting us from the airport, and for the good advices during the week. Philip, Ineke, you made our vacation in Aruba very memorable!! We stayed in Sea-breeze appartments during 2 weeks of november 2006, and we loved it! We had only booked 1 week and were going to look around for something else upon arrival to the island, but decided to stay here for the whole 2 weeks of our holiday. Great little place - very relaxing and quiet, away from the whole 'Disney World Scene' of Oranjestaad. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite, which was very spacy and very clean. We had our own veranda with table/parasol and sunchairs right outside the door - very much appreciated. The pateo area of the complex is beautifully lit up in the evenings and has a little pool, a BBQ area and caf� tables. I would recommend Sea-breeze appartments to anyone going to Aruba - it's fab! Thank you Philip and Ineke for your hospitality!

Beste Philip en Ineke, Wij missen Dushi. En stiekem hopen wij ook dat hij ons ook mist. Of misschien mist Dushi alleen de vis van Zeerover. In ieder geval wij missen Dushi �n Seabreeze. Het is ons erg goed bevallen bij jullie omringd door de hartverwarmende kleuren van het sfeervol aangeklede en opgeleukte complex. Ook ons plekje op nummer 10 beviel ons uitstekend. Seabreeze ligt lekker weg van de drukte en dicht bij het water. Ook een prima uitvalsbasis om van daaruit het eiland verder te verkennen. De verbreding van het strand vlak voor de deur ziet er fantastisch uit. Ook het verkoelende zwembad dichtbij is een uitkomst! Wij willen graag nog eens terugkomen en we willen ook vrienden en bekenden aanraden naar Seabreeze te gaan. Liebe Ineke, lieber Philip, unseren Urlaub im November 2006 haben wir in bester Erinnerung. Es war eine wundersch�ne Zeit abseits der Touristenhochburgen.ein Urlaub auf Aruba ist dank Sea-Breeze Appartement auch f�r den etwas schmaleren Geldbeutel erschwinglich. Die Lage zum Wasser ( 50 m) hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Das Sc hwimmen direkt vor der Haust�r war ein Hochgenu� dank Ginos " Strandanlage". Von unserem Appartement k�nnen wir folgendes sagen: Einfach aber zweckm��ig ruhig und sauber. Dank auch an Ineke und Philip f�r die Unterst�tzung in allen Fragen, kostenlose Nutzung des Internets..... und vieles mehr. Nachguten Erfahrungen Mauritius und Hawaii werden wir in Zukunft Aruba dank Sea-Breeze und des tollen Wassers favorisieren. Hallo Philip en Ineke, beter laat dan nooit , maar door allerlei omstandigheden was het er nog niet van gekomen om hier te vertellen hoe we genoten hebben van onze vakantie op Aruba. Wat een heerlijke rustige plek hebben jullie uitgezocht. We hebben genoten van de rust in en om jullie appartementen en met name van jullie uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame benadering. Het appartement was heerlijk ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. We kunnen een verblijf in jullie appartement zeker aanraden.
